Fair Work Commission fax numbers
The Fair Work Commission publishes a fax number for each of its offices, for example Melbourne (03) 9655 0401 and Sydney (02) 9380 6990. Most applications are lodged online or by email.

How to fax Fair Work Commission online
- Check your form or the FWC page for your matter: many applications must be lodged online through the Fair Work Commission portal or by email.
- If fax is an option, use the office for your state or the office handling your matter.
- Put your matter number (if you have one) and your name on the first page.
- Send the PDF and keep the delivery report.

A cover sheet is the first page the clerk sees, so keep it short: who the fax is for, your full name, your reference number, the subject in one line and the total number of pages including the cover.
