1. Scope and Provider

SendFaxFast is an online fax service operated by [OPERATOR NAME, ADDRESS] (hereinafter "SendFaxFast"). Contact: support@sendfaxfast.com

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the SendFaxFast website and fax services.

2. Service Description

SendFaxFast enables you to send faxes online without a fax machine. Services available:

Single fax (no subscription): Upload a PDF, enter a fax number, and pay once via Stripe. Supported destinations: US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and 39 more countries (see sendfaxfast.com). Up to 100 pages per fax. No ongoing contractual relationship.
Mini Plan ($7.99/month): 5 faxes per month (up to 5 pages each), additional pages at $0.25/page. US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand destinations. No fax number included. Cancel anytime.
Starter ($49.99/month): Your own US or Canadian (+1) fax number, 20 faxes per month to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand destinations (up to 20 pages each), unlimited fax reception as PDF, delivery confirmation by email, REST API access.
Business ($99.99/month): Your own US or Canadian (+1) fax number, 50 faxes per month to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and International destinations (up to 20 pages each), unlimited fax reception as PDF, delivery confirmation by email, email support + chat in your customer portal, REST API access.

3. Registration / Ordering

No account is required to send a single fax. You provide your email address to receive a delivery confirmation. For subscription plans, a Stripe customer account is created to manage billing.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

$2.49 – 1 to 5 pages
$3.49 – 6 to 20 pages
$4.99 – 21 to 40 pages
$4.99 + $1.25 per additional 10 pages – 41 to 100 pages
Mini Plan: $7.99/month
Starter Plan: $49.99/month (or $39.99/month semiannual / $34.99/month annual)
Business Plan: $99.99/month (or $79.99/month semiannual / $69.99/month annual)

All payments are processed via Stripe. SendFaxFast does not store credit card data.

5. Delivery and Refunds

We transmit your fax with the greatest care. If your fax cannot be delivered after all retry attempts, you receive a full automatic refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Subscription Terms

Mini Plan subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Starter and Business subscriptions are available on monthly, semiannual, and annual billing intervals; all renew automatically at the start of each renewal period.

Subscription faxes are sent via sendfaxfast.com using your subscription email address, or via the customer portal at sendfaxfast.com/abo-portal.php. The monthly quota resets at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation is possible at any time before the next billing date:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

When your subscription ends, your fax number is released and cannot be restored.

7. Prohibited Content

SendFaxFast is a general-purpose document transmission service and is not designed, certified, or intended for the transmission of Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA or any comparable health-data regulations. Use of SendFaxFast for the transmission of PHI or other regulated health data is expressly prohibited.

You must not use SendFaxFast to send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, illegal content, or content that violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content of documents you transmit.

8. Liability Limitation

SendFaxFast provides the service with the greatest possible care. However, fax delivery depends on third parties (Telnyx network, recipient fax machine). SendFaxFast accepts no liability for:

Unreachable recipient lines (busy or disconnected fax machines)
Transmission delays caused by the telephone network
Outages due to force majeure or third-party infrastructure failures

In the event of a technically caused failure, we will refund the full amount charged.

9. Data Protection

Information about data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after successful transmission and automatically purged within 24 hours at the latest.

10. Governing Law

German law applies. The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (including but not limited to EU consumer protection law, UK consumer rights law, the Australian Consumer Law, or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).

11. Changes to Terms

SendFaxFast reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Subscription customers will be notified of changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)

    Important notice for EU and UK consumers: For digital services, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) expires as soon as we begin execution — i.e., as soon as your fax is placed in the sending queue. By clicking "Pay securely & send now", you explicitly agree that we begin execution immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited pursuant to applicable consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national implementations).

    If the fax fails, we will issue a full refund automatically — regardless of the right of withdrawal. For subscriptions not yet started, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
