How quickly do I get my number?
Right after signing up you receive a confirmation email. The number is activated automatically — usually within a few hours, at most the same day.
How do I send faxes with the subscription?
Simply go to sendfaxfast.com: upload your PDF, enter the recipient number, and use your subscription email address. The system recognizes your subscription and sends from your quota — at no extra cost.
What happens when my quota runs out?
You can send additional faxes at the regular single price (from $2.49). Receiving faxes is not affected — that always remains unlimited.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All plans renew automatically — monthly, every 6 months, or annually depending on your billing cycle. Cancel anytime before the next renewal date via your customer portal or by emailing support@sendfaxfast.com. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your fax number is released when your subscription ends and cannot be restored.
Does the subscription cover international faxes?
The Starter quota applies to faxes to US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand destinations. Business includes International destinations in the quota. Additional faxes outside your quota can always be sent at the regular single-fax price (from $2.49).
How does payment work?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal — secure and encrypted via Stripe. SendFaxFast never sees your payment details.
