A: You receive a full refund automatically. If the line is busy, the service retries multiple times first. If it still fails, the amount is refunded — no claim needed.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Usually 1–5 minutes. You receive an email confirmation as soon as the fax has been delivered.

Q: Is my document stored on the server?
A: No. Documents are deleted immediately after successful delivery. Regardless of outcome, all uploaded files are automatically purged within 24 hours.
