Cancellation letters, authorization forms, applications. A lot of what people fax needs a signature. And that is usually where it gets annoying: no printer at home, the scanner acts up, or you are not even at a desk.
So you can now sign right after uploading on SendFaxFast. No printing, no scanning, no extra app.
How it works
1. Upload your document
Same as always: pick a PDF, JPG or PNG or drop it in.
2. Tap "Add signature"
A small link shows up under your file. If you don't need it, just ignore it.
3. Sign
Mouse on a computer, pen on a tablet, finger on a phone. Or sign on white paper, take a photo and upload it. The background is removed automatically.
4. Place it and send
Choose the page, drag the signature where it belongs and resize it. Tap "Insert", then carry on with the fax number and payment as usual.
What happens to your signature
Your signature is only placed into this one document. I don't store it separately and don't use it for anything else. It is deleted together with the document.
If something goes wrong while inserting it, your document stays unchanged and you can still send it as normal.
What it is and what it isn't
It is a simple image signature, basically the same as signing the page by hand and scanning it. It is not a qualified electronic signature. For most faxes, the recipient gets exactly what they would get otherwise: a page with your signature on it.
Adding a signature costs nothing extra. Page count and price stay the same.

Yes. On a phone you sign with your finger, and you can zoom the preview to place the signature exactly where it belongs.
