Can I send a fax at night or on the weekend?
Yes. SendFaxFast works around the clock. You can send right away or schedule the fax for a specific date and time, for example Monday morning when the office opens.
How fast does the fax arrive?
Usually within 1–5 minutes. On busy lines it may take a little longer; if the line is busy, the fax is retried automatically.
How do I prove that I sent the fax?
After delivery you receive a send report by email with a timestamp and an image of the first page, so you can document what was sent, when and to which number.
What happens to my document?
Your document is deleted from our servers immediately after successful delivery. The servers are located in Germany (EU) and the service is GDPR-compliant.
